Hi, I’m Jim Emery a portrait and sports photographer based in Baton Rouge.

I specialize in capturing bold, real moments that tell a story whether it's a student crossing the stage, an athlete in action, or a proud family celebrating a milestone. Photography isn’t just what I do it’s how I help people freeze time, celebrate achievement, and feel seen.

I’ve been behind the lens for 2 years, working with clients of all ages from high school seniors to competitive athletes and everyday families.

What I love most is capturing genuine emotion the pride in a grad’s eyes, the intensity of game day, the laughter between poses.

When I’m not editing or out on a shoot, you can find me watching sports, chasing sunsets & jamming to 90s R&B
